Batting skills in cricket!!!
At one time there are two batsman playing on the pitch. When the first innings is started two batsman enter the ground and each batsman stands on both the end of the pitch. The batsman who faces the ball bowled by the bowler is called the striker and the batsman who stands on the opposite side of the pitch is called non-striker.
The batsman comes in order after each dismissal. The order is decided by the captain of the team. The person in the team who is good in batting is given first preference in the list of batting and the non-batting are placed at the end of the batting table. The announced batting table before the match is not the actual table presented. Any batsman can be sent after a dismissal.
The batsman is injured he retires himself as he is unable to bat is not declared out but is dismissed as he cannot bat. No batsman in the team can replace the injured batsman in batting. If the injured batsman had got the injury in his leg and he is fit to bat but unable to run then the batsman can take a runner for himself.

If the batsman hits 100runs its declared as a century for the batsman. When a batsman scores a century he opens his helmet and lifts his bat in the enjoyment of scoring a century

Helmet is very much necessary for a batsman but he is permitted to not wear the helmet if he feels it is a disturbance to him.

This is the optional part in the cricket. Most of the batsman do not use this part as they feel it is a disturbance. It is also a important part as it protects the part of the hand near the elbow. Batsman feel they can protect themselves to they regret the hand gaurd.
